Where can I get Santa Pictures in Plano?

The Shops at Willow Bend 

Dates: Daily November 17 through December 24th

Monday – Saturday 11 am – 7 pm (break from 2 pm – 3 pm)

Sunday 12 noon- 6 pm (break from 2.30 pm – 3 pm)

Santa will be located in Macy’s Court near Crayola Experience on the lower level.

Pre-booking is recommended but some walk-up visits are available.

Lights on the Farm – Heritage Farmstead Museum

Dates: November 25 – December 30

Location: Heritage Farmstead Museum, Plano

The historic farmstead is transformed into a delightful winter wonderland with more than one million lights and numerous animated holiday displays.

The all-outdoor event features a quarter-mile trail through the property showcasing stunning holiday light creations and animated displays crafted by First Choice Lights. This is the perfect event to enjoy a new family tradition and experience holiday cheer.

Guests will enjoy a 20-foot Christmas tree, tasty treats such as hot cocoa, kettle corn and make your own s’mores. There’s even a chance to visit with Santa and take a photo in Santa’s Farmshop.

Where to get Santa Pictures taken in Frisco

Santa at the Star

Dates: November 18 – December 24

Location: Santa’s cottage is located centrally in The Star District at 3620 The Star Blvd, Suite 1205 (across from Ascension).

Parking is available in the Silver Parking Garage located off of Gaylord Parkway.

Santa at the Star presented by Monument Realty will welcome Santa Claus to his Cowboys fan-themed set at The Star in Frisco starting Friday, Nov 18th – December 24th.

Visitors wishing to see Santa will have the opportunity to book appointments for a photograph with him inside his custom Dallas Cowboys cottage. Photo packages include a printed 5×7 photo and an exclusive Cowboys gift for each child.

Visitors can save $5 when they book their appointment before December 2 using code STAR5.


Radiance & Frozen in Frisco

Christmas in the Square – Frisco

Dates: November 18 – January 3

Location: 8843 Coleman Blvd, Frisco, TX 75034

The Holiday lights and music will run daily 6-10 PM starting on November 18. This show is free to the public.

Frisco Square Property Owners Association, and in partnership with the City of Frisco presents the largest choreographed holiday lights and music show in North Texas.

Visitors may tune in to 107.3 FM on the radio in their vehicles, or listen to the music piped through speakers as they take a walk through the Square.

The light show for Christmas in the Square features over 180,000 lights, 200 dancing snowflakes, 10 miles of wiring, and 8 miles of extension cords.

In its 10th year at Frisco Square, Skate the Square is the area’s only real ice outdoor ice rink! Located perfectly along Main and Coleman, the Park Place Plano Skate the Square provides the perfect ice skating experience to get you and your family in the holiday spirit.

Christmas at the Cove (Lakefront, Little Elm)

Dates: December 4, 12 pm – 4 pm

Location: The Cove at The Lakefront, 417 Lakefront Drive, Little Elm

The Cove will be offering hot chocolate, holiday crafts, food and drinks, and other Christmas activities all while enjoying the day with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The Grinch will also be making an appearance, but don’t let him steal your holiday spirit!

They will also be having a Christmas story time in the splash pad with Mermaid Sunny.

The Cove® will also be offering $5 admission for when you bring in a new toy for the Secret Santas of Little Elm Toy Drive.


Where to get Santa pictures in Allen and Fairview

Santa in Cabela’s Allen

Dates: November 5 – December 24

Where: 1 Cabela Drive, Allen 75002

Advance Reservations are recommended.

Families who visit Santa receive a free 4×6 studio-quality photo, as well as a free digital download that can be shared on social media. Additional photo packages are also available for purchase and print instantly at the store.

Available at all Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops.


Holiday Guide

Santa Pictures at Watters Creek

Dates: November 21 – December 24

Where: 970 Garden Park Dr, AllenTX 75013

Santa arrives at Watters Creek on November 19th!  Keeping with tradition Santa will lead the countdown to the Christmas Tree lighting, then head to his village for visits from 6:30 to 8:30pm that night. 

Visits with Santa daily begin on November 21st and continue through December 24th.   Reservations are recommended and walk-in visits are offered as space allows. Make your reservations now by registering  HERE

Santa Paws:  Nov. 28, Dec. 5 & 12, 5pm-Close
Four-legged friends will have their own special time for photos with Santa, and $5.00 from the sale of each photo package will be donated to Animal Rescue Crusaders of Texas (ARC).

Sensitive Santa: Dec. 4, 9 – 11 am.
Santa knows that some children need extra patience and quiet time when visiting. So Santa’s sensory-friendly morning is exclusively for families with special needs children and their siblings.


Visits with Santa – Fairview Town Center

Dates: through December 17

Where: 183 Town Place at Fairview Town Centre, two doors down from NASR Bros. Jewelers

Visit Santa at FTC! Santa will be available by appointment on Saturday afternoons from 3-7pm starting November 12th and thru December 17th.

Appointments are available on the following Saturdays: 11/12, 11/19, 11/26, 12/3, 12/10 and 12/17 between 3 PM and 6:55 PM. 

Visit with Santa at FTC in a relaxed environment at a time that works for you – using your personal camera!  Your $10 booking fee includes a dedicated time slot for your family with Santa, a gift for each child, and a Santa’s Helper who will be happy to use your personal camera to snap photos of your family. 

One hundred percent of the booking fee will be donated to Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County.

Friendly leashed pets are welcome. Reservations must be made online.

Home for the Holidays (McKinney)

Dates: November 30 – December 23

Location: Historic Downtown McKinney

These are 5 minutes sessions with prints and digital files available. Reservations are suggested, but they do accept walk ups. 

Santa on the Square is run by Chris and Lori Fritchie of Magic Makers Studio. This year you will have an additional option for your Santa session. Packages from $50.


Christmas on the Square (Celina)

Dates: November 30, 5pm – 9pm

Location: Old Celina Park

Don’t miss Celina’s 11th Annual Christmas on the Square. This FREE, family-friendly event in Celina’s Historic Downtown Square offers attendees a charming, small-town Christmas celebration reminiscent of a Hallmark movie. Location: Castle Hills Village Shops & Plaza

The annual Holiday in the Plaza and tree lighting is returning to the Village Shops on Saturday, November 26, 4 to 7 p.m. Holiday in the Plaza is full of family-friendly holiday activities including photo ops with Santa and his reindeer, as well as holiday-themed activities and entertainment. Santa will light the iconic Castle Hills 68-foot tree after sunset.

Dates: November 5 – December 24.

Well it’s that time of year again!! Santa is here! There will be no lines this year waiting to get in, you must have already registered in advance to get your right date and time.

You still will receive your Free 4×6 photo and option to purchase more. Crafts will be handed out to do out home only on Mondays-Fridays after 5pm.

Santa has made a special stop in his sleigh at Galleria Dallas, and has worked extremely hard to provide you and your family a safe and enjoyable experience.

Klyde Warren Park’s Tree Lighting Celebration

Date: Saturday, December 3, 3pm – 6pm

Free family tradition that includes a festive day of activities and entertainment, photos with Santa, story time with Mrs. Clause, face painting, crafts, games and snow flurries! The day culminates with a live show featuring performances of holiday music, visits from Santa’s friends Frosty and Rudolph, and Klyde Warren Park’s annual tree lighting.

The Chamberlain Performing Arts Nutcracker is showing over the Thanksgiving weekend at the Eiseman. It is a fabulous production with NYC Ballet principal dancers as the Sugar Plum Fairy and Cavalier and. Sugar Plum Tea that is a delight for children to attend. Could it be included in this listing/guide? Please let me know how to help. My children have danced in this production for years.
