Free Live Online Art Class, hosted by Plano Arts & Events
Join them for a free live art class, suitable for all ages and skill levels. Classes are taught using watercolor paints and modified for colored pencils, markers and crayons. We’ll have a new class every Monday at noon. No registration – just go to their page every Monday at noon CST and click on the live video.

Clear the Shelters – Plano
The 6th Annual Clear the Shelters event returns this year, but it’ll look a little different.This year Clear the Shelters will run from Saturday, August 8 to Saturday, August 29. However, adoption fees will only be waived from Monday, August 24 to Saturday, August 29.You can view adoptable pets ahead of time on our Petfinder page. Call the Plano Animal Shelter at 972-769-4360 with questions.

End August with a throwback for sure as our Grandscape Family Movie Night showcases a classic: The Goonies! Must reserve your spot ahead of the event.

Watch “Clueless” at Summer Movie Series at Legacy Hall
“Ugh, as if!” – Cher Horowitz On Wednesday, August 26, Legacy Hall will be screening the cult classic Clueless on our 24-ft. LED screen in the Box Garden at 7:30 pm.
