NTTA Pave the Way Day

NTTA’s Pave the Way Day is back and better than ever! Join us for FREE family fun, including hands-on engineering and safety activities.

When: April 2, 10 am – 2 pm

Heroes for Children’s 5K Race

The Heroes for Children 5K & Family Fun Run is a family-friendly race and party to raise awareness and funds for families affected by pediatric cancer in Texas. Additional activities include a family fun zone, community sponsored events and a Gold Go Gold Art exhibit. 5K runners will receive an event T-shirt and the first 300 finishers will receive a special Heroes for Gold Ribbon medal.

When: April 23, from 8 am
Where: Hall Park, Frisco
Cost: The 5K entry fee is $40 for adults and $25 for those 18-years-old and younger. The Family Fun Run fee is $25 for adults and $10 for those 18-years-old and younger. Use code HEROESRUNS for $5 off.

Ongoing Events

Free Live Online Art Class – Plano Arts & Events

Join them for a free live art class, suitable for all ages and skill levels. Classes are taught using watercolor paints and modified for colored pencils, markers and crayons.

They’ll have a new class every Monday at noon. No registration – just go to their page every Monday at noon CST and click on the live video.

Butterflies in the Garden

“Celebrate the Change” in the Fort Worth Botanic Garden and marvel at a multitude of butterflies during Butterflies in the Garden, the largest exhibit of live, exotic butterflies in north-central Texas.

Prehistoric Park – The Return of the Dinosaurs

The Dinosaurs return to Grapevine this spring! LEARN about Grapevine’s prehistoric past while roaming through the newly-expanded exhibition of animatronic dinosaurs.
