Have you discovered the grass-fed beef jerky (it’s also gluten-free and non-GMO) from Ramsay Hill Ranch in Mt. Vernon? It’s so good!

The ranchers, Jordan & Brooke Ramsay, also coordinate weekly CSA drop offs for organically grown produce from Comeback Creek Farm (John & Aliza Kilburn/Pittsburg). The CSA offers options to add meat–Ramsay Hill grass-fed beef and pastured chicken from Happy Landing Farm (Laurie Hind/Sulphur Springs)–and pastured, non-GMO, soy-free eggs from Shady Grove Farm (Matt & Jerica Cadman/Jefferson), too.

The CSA drop point in Collin County is in front of 5th Street Pizza in Allen (at US 75 & McDermott, next to Stacy Furniture).
