Cost: Tickets and Fast passes are available online only, and specific to the dates chosen. Fast passes cut wait-time in half. They’re available in limited numbers.

Friday night tickets are $42 (all ages), Saturday nights are $52 (also all ages)

There are 5 haunted houses and a ton of dark attractions, terrifying live actors and much more for the Halloween season.

Each haunted house has it’s own theme, including the all-new Bootlegger’s Bayou – along with the Cool Ghoul Boulevard (one of their newer main attractions) where you will find amazing special effects and great stage shows at the Screams main stage.

They offer great spooky food and drink options at the Food Court, Full Moon Cafe or 13th Hour bakery.

All 5 haunted houses, the Cool Ghoul Boolevard, Rottingwood Cemetery, stage entertainment, and Scary-Oke are all included in your single admission price. To cut the wait times in half, there are a limited number of Fast Passes available each night. Screams is designed for ages 16+ and is not recommended for young children.

With live witches, incredible monsters and butchered corpses, this is renowned across North Texas and a huge favorite every year.

Dark Hour Haunted House offers a great haunted walk-through experience and is one of our closest, local haunted houses as well as being one of DFW’s scariest haunted houses.

Newest attraction – Dark Hour Escape.

This event may be too intense for children under 10.


J & F House of Terror

Ages: recommended 14 or over.

September 22nd through October 1st – Blackout Haunted House. You go through J & F Butcher House with only a glow stick. 

October 6th through October 31st – The outdoor maze and J & F Butcher House will both run October 6th through October 31st. You can buy a combo ticket or buy a ticket to one or the other haunted house.  J & F  Butcher House is a shorter Haunt so for beginners or people that are really get scared should go to the smaller haunt because it is not as long.  

Both Haunts are VERY SCARY! 

Tickets give you a time slot to get in line. Your wait could be up to 45 minutes to an hour depending on the day. The Saturday before Halloween is our busiest night. Your wait could be up to 1.5 hours on this Saturday.

This is a custom-haunted house experience in Little Elm, Texas. Perfect for younger kids or those who don’t want too scary of a scare.

This dark attraction features 85 different props and cutting edge animatronics arranged into different scenes.


Haunted Shadows Lake Trail

It’s sort of a Blair Witch Project-style haunted trail walk through the woods and weeds along the shore of Lake Lewisville in The Colony.

The trail is a little over a mile in length

Groups travel at various speeds, but the average time for a group to complete the trail is 40-45minutes.  Of course, some are too scared to continue and ask to be escorted out.

Haunted Shadows Lake Trail is able to adapt to accommodate groups with young visitors. Ask about the PG-Rated Version.

2023 Scaredy Cat Nights – Scaredy Cat Night is a long-time Hangman’s tradition.  They leave the lights on and let the actors mingle with their customers and take photos.  This event is perfect for young or first-time haunters as well as those too scared to enjoy our regular show.  Participants will receive free trick-or-treat candy while supplies last, so don’t be late! October 15 & 22, 4 pm – 7 pm, $19.

You’ll be immersed in a situation unknown to the outside world. Completely engulfed in the murderous mayhem in which Mary Parker subjected her victims. Walk though her living quarters, combined with her torturous chambers where she felt so at home. You will experience the graveyard, where unsuspecting guests find their final resting place. As you enter into the woods, and journey though all who lurk there, you may be approached by some unsavory characters, but don’t be alarmed. They promise to make it quick.

Outbreak – Take an interactive ride around the property in their specially equipped attack vehicles. Your mission is to defeat the zombies and save the world from all the chaos created by man’s failed attempts at finding a cure for the OUTBREAK virus.
