About Pebblecreek Montessori
Pebblecreek Montessori educates children through thoughtful adherence to the Montessori Method as defined by the Association Montessori Internationale. Part of the Wonderland group of private schools, our Mission is to provide learning communities where children joyfully participate in meaningful work, gathering the tools to engage in the big work of the world.
So What Is Montessori Anyway?
The Montessori method of education originated 100 years ago with an Italian physician named Maria Montessori. Dr. Montessori’s lifelong study of child development convinced her that children are innately intelligent, have a strong desire for order, and a natural love of learning.
Today’s authentic Montessori schools are child-centered and enable self-directed learning using manipulative learning materials. Students make discoveries about abstract concepts by working with three-dimensional materials that appeal to them.
Multi-age classes are another distinguishing characteristic; for example, children ages 3-6; 6-9; and 9-12 years old typically are grouped together for three-year cycles. Classroom teachers, called “guides,” receive special training and certification as Montessori educators.
Montessori students are often recognized for their respect for self, for others and for the environment around them, as these and other universal human values are emphasized in the classroom. Students learn to independently manage their time and develop a focused, self-motivated work ethic.
Montessori schools are found worldwide today. In the United States, there are approximately 4,000 private Montessori schools. Additionally, there are several hundred public schools centered on the Montessori method. We pride ourselves on being one of the best Montessori schools near by in Dallas.
Our Vision
Our Vision is a world where respect and kindness are inherent in daily life, where understanding and connection are a priority, and where communities collaborate to make the world a little better every day.
We believe the children we work with everyday are the key to the future of humankind, and that shared experiences, and the connections they form, are the building blocks of communities.
We wholly believe that everything we do as educators has an impact and the choices we make will resonate for generations.
Our Students
The evidence of a student’s success is the happiness of their life and the contentment in their work. Montessori students have a sense that their lives have deep and profound meaning.
They are connected to their fellow humans and want to do good in the world. They have both the heart and the skills to affect change. They are both the hope and the promise for the future.
Our Community
Pebblecreek Montessori is a community of families, working together to provide a learning environment for the optimal development of our students.
Through purposeful work, independence, and movement, our students acquire skills and explore concepts that build a foundation for life.

Pebblecreek’s toddler program is designed for children who are walking well (15–18 months) to 36 months. The sequence of activities in the toddler environment helps give order, consistency, and security to each child’s daily life. - Primary (ages 3–6 years)
At the primary level, children develop independence, self-discipline, and the basics of academics. At Pebblecreek Montessori, we offer Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) certified guides, leadership development, practical life skills, and a nurtured passion for learning - Elementary (ages 6–12 years)
Pebblecreek Montessori’s Elementary programs offers 1st through 6th grade. Students ages 6 through 12 years develop a sense of order and self-discipline, imagination, freedom, and cooperative living - Before & After School Care
For families who need extended care, the campus offers programs beginning at 7 am and ending at 6 pm. After school programs are available at an additional cost for students who are 5 or older. This provides a familiar and safe environment for the kids, and a convenient, worry-free alternative for parents who won’t have to deal with missed timings, delays, and battling traffic!
