Our Programs

Karate for Kids

Our karate classes for kids enhance respect, courtesy and self-control, which will lead to new life skills, better grades, reduced ADD/ADHD issues, less bullying and better at-home behavior. Not to mention, they’re a whole lot of fun!

Adult and Family Martial Arts

Our Martial Arts programs service adults and families in a safe and fun environment. We focus on traditional, practical techniques instead of fancy flipping kicks – ideal for adults getting started in martial arts – and as one of the few true family-focused schools in Plano we truly believe that the family who kicks together sticks together!

Self-Defense

At Omega Martial Arts , our self-defense instruction will give you and your child the skills to handle any situation. Teaching physical fitness, practical self-defense and building self-confidence, we will prepare you for this ever-changing world and give you the tools to avoid becoming a victim.

Kobudo

Students of all ages can train in multiple martial arts styles at Omega Martial Arts in Plano, TX. many of our instructors are black belts in Kobudo, the art of traditional Okinanwan weapons. This gives students the chance to earn a black belt in two different styles!
