LCA offers three distinct programs:

Our pre-school program offers multiple option schedules for children 12 months and older.
Our elementary program (grades K-5)offers a foundation of academic excellence and achievement where learning is fun.
Our secondary program (grades 6-10) offers a college-preparatory educational program including fine arts and a sports program.
All of our programs are accredited through the Association of Christian Schools International.

Our teachers are fully certified and dedicated to providing quality instruction to their students. Furthermore, they concern themselves, not only with academics, but with the spiritual development of their students. Our school offers a safe environment where bullying and harassment is not tolerated and Christian love is the core principle and practice.

LCA’s small class size ensures that students have access to their teachers for the help they may need. Furthermore, our Gradelink system also provides access for parents to track their child’s progress on a continuous basis.

Extracurricular activities, including band, choir, and art are essential to round out the full school experience for most students. Athletics is a great opportunity for students to develop physically, socially, and spiritually. We offer National Honor Society to grades 4-10.

Tots & Preschool 2’s

Our toddler, 2’s and 3’s classrooms have a wonderful time each day. Our teachers have fun with the children as they teach skills like listening, how to treat one another, problem solving techniques and manners as well letter/number recognition , color/shape recognition. These hands-on age-appropriate lessons are taught through songs, dramatic play, short stories, center time and circle time as they learn about everything God created.

Pre-K

In our Pre-Kindergarten classes, our teachers work to ensure that all of our students are spiritually, emotionally, physically, cognitively and behaviorally prepared for Kindergarten. Our character and language development lessons are interactive and dynamic. These lessons teach good listening skills, following directions, empathy, how to practice self-control and get along with others, and encourage active participation.

Our 3’s, 4’s & 5’s participate in weekly preschool chapel, music & movement classes, and visit our library, technology lab, science lab and math lab! Our goal in preschool is to develop a love of learning!

ELEMENTARY

Since its beginning, LCA has emphasized academic rigor, while teaching from a biblical worldview. LCA Elementary maintains a small student-teacher ratio with a caring and encouraging staff. The teachers and administration have created a high-quality academic program to develop strong study and life skills for our students.

Our teachers work diligently to prepare the next generation through character building and a rich array of educational experiences. Children develop higher level thinking skills through a balanced academic curriculum and enrichment activities. These enrichment activities include physical education, music, art, computer, field trips, chapel, and others to meet the needs of the 21st century learner. Our students also enjoy attending our hands-on science labs and various field trips conducted throughout the year. Your child will flourish in an environment where the home and schoolwork together to provide a quality educational experience.

SECONDARY

LCA Secondary provides a college-preparatory program with a strong commitment to Christian truths and values for students in grades 6-10. As a fully accredited school with dedicated, caring teachers, LCA can assure parents that their children will receive excellent teaching and engaging lessons.

In addition to core academic classes, including Bible, our secondary program offers electives such as Spanish, Art, Band, Choir, Yearbook, Dual Credit options, and more. Active  leadership opportunities are encouraged. Depending on interest, we offer a variety of after-school sports and clubs. One of the wonderful things about LCA is that students are challenged to grow in Christian character,  grow in their walk with Jesus Christ, and discover their role in Kingdom service!
