Summertime is here. There are several churches around town that put on a great week of vacation bible school (VBS) for children ages preschool through 5th-6th grades.
Some ages vary so read their guidelines before booking.
Older children can serve as volunteers and help out.
VBS is a great option for parents because it’s very affordable (some are even FREE!!!)Â and kids can learn a lot and have fun!
This year Hanukkah – begins on the evening of December 14 and ends on the evening of December 22, 2025. There are 8 nights of Hanukkah and is a time to share the miracle of the Hanukkah story.
Hanukkah events are a time for family, friends, joy, and light and is often a time for gifts for children. It’s also the only one of the Jewish holidays called the Festival of Lights.
