I am 34 weeks preggo and go to Jason at Massage Heights at Parker/DNT for prenatal massages. He is a Tier 2 massage therapist and is fantastic. I’m sure he’d be great at post natal as well.
I’m high risk and have been going every two weeks for the last 2 months because of my hips and SPD. Game changer. It’s a side laying format but works for me. Masks for everyone the entire time.
